I understand this to be the 1928 recording of the Saint-Saens Opus 22 Concerto, made by Arthur de Greef with
Sir Landon Ronald conducting the New Symphony Orchestra of London.

This concerto is in three movements:

ii. Allegro scherzando
iii. Presto
