CARLO ZECCHI PLAYS and CONDUCTS

Carlo Zecchi plays and conducts in works for piano and cello, concerted works, and works for full orchestra.  These are excellent performances all and I urge you to listen to them as examples of the art of a master musician.    The recording of the Rachmaninoff cello sonata is particularly wonderful, and the Berlioz Symphonie Fantastique under Zecchi's baton is like fine chamber music.

The recording of Zecchi speaking about his life as a conductor is to be found at the end of this page.
